Rates & Availablilty
To Reserve Windermere Cove or check availability:
Weekly Rates (based on six people) for the Year 2009:
- May 01 - October 16 $1000+
- October 16 - April 30 $1200+
Minimum stay is four nights. Less than full week rentals are available with adjusted weekly rates. Early check-in and late check-out, if available, will be at an additional fee. Actual rates are subject to change and vary slightly by number of occupants – above rates based on six people.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Deposit Requirement: Upon making a reservation, a $500 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. This deposit initially guarantees your reservation, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory condition of our home and within 30 days of departure. A cashiers check or certified check should be sent to Dawn M. Aldrian, Windermere Cove, P.O. Box 613, Pineland, Florida 33945. Be sure to reference Windermere Cove as the property and the dates of occupancy.
- Balance of Rental: This will be due 60 days prior to check-in payable by cashiers check, certified check or wire transfer.
- Cancellations: All deposits and rental payments are refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or if re-rental of Windermere Cove occurs after your cancellation. Rental losses due to late cancellation are the responsibility of the canceling party. There is a $40 cancellation fee on all reservations. Note: in the event of an early departure (prior to your scheduled check-out date) the deposit is non-refundable.
- Performance: We will do our best to satisfy your request and reservation, but cannot guarantee specific accommodations due to island difficulties, acts of God, war, government regulations, and natural disasters that make it impossible to accommodate your request and reservation
- Binding Agreement: By making your reservation with a deposit you will be creating a binding agreement to rent/lease Windermere Cove and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- Restrictions: Windermere Cove does not allow pets and is a Non-smoking home.
- Maximum number of persons allowed is 6.
